Joseph R. Mullins Founder and President	Joseph Mullins has over 30 years of development experience. Before forming the Mullins Company in 1987, Joe was a partner in the firm Corcoran, Mullins, and Jennison. CMJ developed over 5,000 apartments and condominiums across New England and the country. Notable projects developed and managed by CMJ include Ramblewood Apartments in Holbrook, Harbor Point in Dorchester, The Bayside Exposition Center in Dorchester, King's Lynn in Lynn, Queen Anne's Gate in Weymouth, and The Ocean Edge Resort in Brewster.
